Cancellation / Cancellation Conditions
For bookings with a travel period in the winter season (December to March), free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival.
For bookings with a travel period in the summer season (April to November), free cancellation is possible up to 1 week before arrival.
In case of later cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 70% of the travel price for stays with half board and packages, and 80% of the travel price for stays with breakfast.
This also applies to delayed arrival or early departure.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Please note:
- Cancellations must be made in writing. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation from us.
- In case of a free cancellation, any deposit already paid will be refunded.
- The limitation or failure of hotel or Bad Hindelang PLUS services does not entitle to a price reduction or free cancellation.
- Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the current version apply.
